How do I order a personalised paw print, handprint or footprint item from your store?
For personalised Paw Print, Handprint, or Footprint items, please follow these steps:
1ļøā£ Before purchasing the item, capture the paw print, handprint, or footprint using dark ink or paint on white paper or card.
2ļøā£ Scan the print using a flatbed scanner or printer with a scanner attachment. Alternatively, take a clear photograph (a scanner is the preferred method if possible).
3ļøā£ If using a photograph, measure the printās dimensions in millimetres (this step can be skipped if using a scanner).
4ļøā£ Place your order and include the scanned image of the print along with the measured dimensions in millimetres via the āMESSAGE SELLERā option.
Care instructions for 3D Printed Items
All of our 3D Printed items are manufactured using PLA Plastic.
PLA is a durable and water-resistant material, but it has a low heat resistance.
PLA begins to deform at temperatures between 50Ā°C and 60Ā°C.
For any 3D Printed items, please keep them away from heat sources. If you live in a hot climate or during the summer months, please keep them out of conservatories or other areas where they may become hot.
For 3D Printed Coasters, they can be used for both hot and cold beverages. However, when using hot beverages, ensure that the bottom of the mug does not feel excessively hot or that the mug has cooled sufficiently before placing it on the coaster. This will prevent a visible ring from forming on the coaster where the mug was placed.
