For best results on our personalised Paw Print and Handprint items, please follow the below instructions:

1. Prior to purchasing the item, meticulously capture the paw print or handprint using dark ink or paint on white paper or card. Ensure that the images are clear and legible.
2. For optimal results, scan the print using a flatbed scanner or a printer equipped with a scanning function. Alternatively, take a clear photograph with your mobile device, ensuring that there are no shadows cast on the image.
3. If using a photograph, measure the dimensions of the print in millimetres. (This step may be skipped if a scanner is used.)
4. Select the desired product and upload the photograph of your print on the corresponding product page.

Processing times for personalised items, such as pet paw print plaques, typically range from one to three days.

Processing times for non-personalised items, like dog coasters, usually span between one and two days.

The shipping time for an order is dependent upon the country to which the item is being dispatched.

For shipments within the United Kingdom, the delivery time is typically between two and four business days.

All of our 3D Printed items are manufactured using PLA Plastic. PLA is a durable and water-resistant material, but it has a low heat resistance.

PLA begins to deform at temperatures between 50°C and 60°C.

For any 3D Printed items, please keep them away from heat sources. If
you live in a hot climate or during the summer months, please keep them
out of conservatories or other areas where they may become hot.

For 3D Printed Coasters, they can be used for both hot and cold
beverages. However, when using hot beverages, ensure that the bottom of
the mug does not feel excessively hot or that the mug has cooled
sufficiently before placing it on the coaster. This will prevent a
visible ring from forming on the coaster where the mug was placed.

To clean the 3D Printed Coasters, simply use a cloth and dish soap to wipe them down. Subsequently, rinse them thoroughly with warm water.

It is advisable to avoid submerging them in water, as this could potentially allow water to enter the coaster.
